Project Overview
To address the need for greater alignment among the medical specialties involved in HPV prevention, an accredited educational programme was developed to establish a shared, evidence-based approach. The initiative combined accessible digital learning, collaboration with leading KOLs and a coordinated omnichannel activation strategy. This approach was designed to strengthen knowledge acquisition, promote the adoption of evidence-based prevention strategies and encourage meaningful changes in clinical practice. The programme was designed specifically and exclusively for the Belgian market, in line with the client’s strategic requirements. This market-focused approach aimed to address the educational needs of Belgian healthcare professionals, strengthen scientific alignment across the specialties involved in HPV prevention and accurately measure engagement, learning outcomes and intention to change clinical practice within this priority market.

What Was Implemented
The programme was built on three foundational pillars: scientific alignment, omnichannel activation and measurable educational impact.
First, an exclusive educational channel was developed specifically for the Belgian market, following the client’s request to activate and evaluate the initiative within a clearly defined healthcare environment. This exclusivity enabled the programme’s performance to be measured specifically among Belgian healthcare professionals, providing more relevant insights into participation, content engagement, learning outcomes and behavioural intent.
A rigorous scientific content-development process was established to create a shared, evidence-based approach to HPV prevention and related diseases. Leading Key Opinion Leaders, including family physicians, obstetricians and gynaecologists, pathologists, dermatologists and oncologists, were brought together to incorporate complementary clinical perspectives. The content was delivered through case-based webinars and modular microlearning courses that combined scientific knowledge with practical clinical application. The programme also achieved UEMS accreditation, reinforcing its scientific quality and educational credibility.
Second, the channel was activated through a carefully coordinated omnichannel strategy. Distribution combined CRM communications, targeted digital campaigns, social media activation and direct integration within the Xpeer platform. This approach enabled the programme to reach priority healthcare professionals in Belgium through multiple touchpoints and maintain engagement throughout the learning journey.
Third, an integrated performance measurement framework was implemented. Participation, content views, video completion, average watch time, certificates issued and satisfaction were systematically monitored. Post-course evaluations also measured healthcare professionals’ intention to change their clinical practice, providing market-specific insights into the programme’s relevance and potential application in real-world care.
This integrated and market-exclusive approach allowed the HPV & Related Diseases Channel to deliver more than visibility. It created a structured, accredited learning experience for Belgian healthcare professionals while generating measurable educational and behavioural outcomes within the client’s priority market.
